Christmas Time is Here!!!

Olivia setting up the tree with Daddy...She loves doing projects with him and was especially about setting up the tree this year.  Though it pains me to not have the scent of fresh pine needles in our home (the landlord won't allow real trees) I have to admit it is very nice to have a tree set up and lit in 10 minutes.

Ben has actually totally left the tree alone.  This was about as much as he examined it.  Maybe next year will be the tricky one.

After the tree was set up we kicked off the season watching one of our favorite holiday movies, How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

We're off to a pretty good start to the season.  Still to go:

NYC: Rockafeller Plaza, Window Displays, Ice Skating.
Carol with friends.
Bake Christmas Cookies.
Take a Sleigh Ride through CT country
Get a few more Christmas gifts
Go sledding.
Get Brandon through Finals

I love your ornament pictures! You're lucky that Ben leaves the tree alone. So far, Taylor has managed to take ornaments off the tree, pull on the star cord so hard it's almost fallen off, turned the tree around (don't ask me how, cuz I don't know!), but the one I'm okay with is clapping when we turn on the lights. She's not walking yet, but that doesn't stop her from getting into trouble. =)

Love it:). That little Olivia has such a fun character, and all of the new post pics were so enjoyable to look through.
